The Hotel seems to be quite new and feels quite high quality. The staff was very friendly, they even learned some German to greet me. I loved the bathtub and the free lounge wear. Imari is quite small, but you can take great day trips to Arita and Okawachiyama. The breakfast was a bit simple, I mostly used it to just get some snacks for my trips. There is a 7 11 right in front of it.

The room was small, but perfect for me. I had my own room so it was easy to move around. I liked that the light switches and outlets were on the wall right next to the bed. so convenient. I stayed here to go to the Arita Pottery Festival and it was an easy drive from here to the festival. Staff was very nice and chock-in/check-out process was very easy.

Linda

Staff were lovely - really accommodating and patient of my bad Japanese. There was a bath and pyjamas. Very comfortable, the AC was easy to use. Even the hotel restaurant was nice, and good value (ideal seeing as there aren't many food options in the area)

Eilidh

The rooms were very well kept. They're all furnished very well, and the showers were honestly super cool. It's the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed at in my young adult life, and for a really low price.

Lancen

Very good hotel. It's very clean, and there was obviously a lot of thought put into small additions, like the trash cans in the hallway for bento boxes.
